Schwärze performed a live set with Tängman at the Space Between in Lund on the 20th of September. Tängman played folkish drones on his ancient hurdy gurdy and Schwärze played organ drones, electronics and programmed the shruti rhythm box.
After a last minute cancellation Schwärze was asked to join Tängman on stage. The result was an improvised dark broody raga rooted in the northern woods of swedish folk music tradition. Folk music for dead souls.

Friday, 8th August 2008
Since February Schwärze has been involved in the unique theatre project The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire at Institutet in Malmö as well as working with and playing records at the Space Between Club.
However, from now on total focus will be on Grammofonus and he is currently working on a new album with the working title "Funeral Music for Children".
King Ludwig II of Bavaria in memoriam
Luchino Visconti's Ludwig from 1972 is a beautiful elegy on one of the great Dead Souls, the film is a great inspiration to and highly recommended by Grammofonus.

Today Nerus release the long anticipated album by Down in June featuring Schwärze on several tracks.
Schwärze will perform with Down in June at the Industrial Vacation festival at Institutet in Malmö on July 26, adding some embalming noise to their sweet Totenpop. Schwärze will also be playing 78's in the courtyard between 3 - 5 p.m.
Monday, 30th June 2008
The successful live collaboration between Schwärze and Down in June at the Malmö Festival last summer continues tonight with a live performance at klubb Partytierisch in Lund.
Friday, 1st February 2008
Since the release of In Memoriam in August, Schwärze has been too busy to release any new Grammofonus records. Since 2006 he has been playing vinyl records and 78's at different events and parties, culminating this autumn when he became an active member of the Space Between club - arranging club nights and being lounge dj. Schwärze will continue his work with Grammofonus in 2008, promising many new and interesting projects.
